I am smarter than my Mommy!

Tonight Mommy took me to buy a potty and "potty bear treats". I picked both out all by myself (along with some sunglasses that I insisted I needed). Before bath time Mommy told me that I could have a "potty bear treat" if I went pee-pee in the potty. So I did! Well, mostly, I peed on the floor, but some of it went in the potty.

Mommy was so excited!! She let me have several treats!! She told me that any time I used the potty, I got to have a treat. So I immediately sat back down on the potty and peed again. Mommy was in such a good mood that she went ahead and gave me another treat. She told me I was silly and put me in the bath. During my bath, I told her I needed to go potty again. Mommy put me on the potty and after a few moments, I squeezed out a couple of drops to get my treat. I could tell Mommy was catching on to me, so I gave it up for awhile. Then before I went to bed, I told Mommy I needed to go potty again. . . . And then reminded her that I needed my treat. Mommy said that she was shutting down pee pee production for the night and put me back in a diaper for bed.

I'll work on her tomorrow . . .

Easter Celebrations

I started my Easter hoorah at my former babysitter's house for an Easter Egg Hunt and Party. I mainly went to see Kyla and eat cake but I sort of got into the egg hunt this year too. I was doing pretty good until I spotted a ladybug, which needed inspecting. Once I was done checking the bug out, all the eggs were gone. Here I am having lunch with my old daycare buddies. That's right . . . all girls!! It was the life!!My next big Egg Hunt went a little smoother. My playgroup buddies and I went to the park for our hunt. I was very into this one and grabbed everything on the ground: bottle caps, rubber bands, sticks, etc. Mommy told me only the eggs came with treats though. (By the way, be careful of putting too much candy in your mouth at once b/c you might accidently spit up chocolate all over your new outfit and your Mommy won't be happy with you.)The night before Easter, I dyed Easter eggs with my cousins and stayed up as late as I could. I still missed that bunny! But he didn't miss me. He left me a choo choo train!
