Vince takes his Daddy to the Museum . . .

Today Daddy role-modeled for me how to "Play-Hookey" from work and go have some fun! Going places with Daddy is like having an older brother with you. He can break all the rules for you and you can copy him without getting into trouble! A good way to enjoy yourself at the museum is to tap on all animal glass enclosures and startle un-suspecting wildlife. If this doesn't get their attention, you can always heckle them by whistling through their cages at them or imitating their language. Mommy likes to point out the signs that ask for you not to do these things but I'm quick to copy Daddy before she has a chance to scold us.

You can also count on Daddy to bang louder than any other kids with you on the drums, so there is no point in trying to shush us. We played an entire concert and who cares about Mommy's ears!

And I'll bet nobody else's Daddy can create tornadoes like mine can!!

However, Daddy has a lot to learn about sailing boats from me. I'm the Captain in Charge of this Ship, so stand back!!
I also showed him the finesse needed to catch a butterfly. Since my tap dance routine didn't work last time to attract any butterflies, I used determined stealth on this occasion with success. (. . .Okay, actually I just followed this girl around until she gave the butterfly up!) Use the skills you have!

I'm beginning my career as a wildlife explorer. My first lesson is that geese DO bite!! But that doesn't stop me from trying to hug one anyway.

I'm only interested in feeding them long enough to get them close to me and then I pounce!

I almost had this baby bunny!! I chased him up and down the fence for about 15 minutes until he figured out how to get out. - I haven't quite perfected my crouch-and-sneak method yet.

I went to the Science Museum today to increase my "learnedness"!This is a picture of my friends and I checking out farm animals. I almost had this little birdie. I don't know why Mommy kept telling me to leave it alone! I chased some butterflies too! Next time, one of them is coming home with me!!!

Mommy went for a walk today and brought back a turtle. I had a good time with him until Mommy took him back to his home.
