Vince got a bug vacuum for his birthday from Traci . . . and promptly caught a bug! He was very excited about his "pet".

Did I mention Traci also got him a "bug house"? Mean ole Mommy insisted Vince's new "pet" stay in the screened-in porch though, despite his house. Mommy is not nearly as interested in bugs as Vince. Go figure!

Here's Mia kicking back in her own "bug house". Thankfully her bug house works well to keep the bugs OUT, since this is where Vince caught his.

I've been meaning to post Mia's latest trick she learned earlier this month. She's been having fun playing with her toys from this angle!

Mia is 5 months old and ready to start grubbing!!

Mia (weighing in at 18lbs now) has been staring us down every meal lately. So yesterday I let Vince give her the first bite of cereal. After about the fifth bite, she got the hang of slurping it up from the spoon and seemed to like it. This morning she dived in and kept trying to grab the spoon from me and do it herself. Here she is yesterday with her first "real" food:

Vince is officially 4 today!!

Vince woke up this morning to get his last birthday present - an easel.Future Picasso:Vince has been playing alot with the writing book his MawMaw and PawPaw got him, practicing writing his letters.The little ones helped us decide on some plants for the backyard this weekend. Our butterfly bush is already doing it's job.

Vince's buddy Casey got him a dinosaur egg for his birthday. He was super-psyched to see his "VERY OWN BABY DINOSAUR" hatch!!!!
